1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you", "your") and slitph ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the slitph online gaming platform, including but not limited to the website located at slitph.cam, mobile applications, and all associated services, features, content, and functionality (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services").

By creating an account, accessing any part of the Platform, placing wagers, or utilizing any Services offered by slitph, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you have carefully read, fully understood, and unconditionally accept all terms, conditions, policies, and notices contained herein. 2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Jurisdictional Requirements

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for an account, access the Platform, or participate in any real-money gaming activities offered by slitph. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement and that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete.

You further represent and warrant that you are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities in the jurisdiction from which you access the Platform. 2.2 Account Creation and Verification

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact information, and any other information required by slitph.

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) account with slitph. Creating multiple accounts, using accounts registered in another person's name, or providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension or termination without notice. slitph reserves the right to request additional verification documents, including government-issued identification, proof of address, payment method verification, or other documentation, at any time to confirm your identity, age, and eligibility.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to disclose your login information to any third party and to take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to your account. You must immediately notify slitph of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. slitph shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate security or from any authorized or unauthorized use of your account.

3. Use of Platform and Prohibited Conduct

3.1 Permitted Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, slitph grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include any right to: (a) resell or make commercial use of the Platform or its content; (b) download, copy, or reproduce any content except as expressly permitted; (c) use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering tools; (d) frame or link to the Platform without our express written consent; or (e) use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or interfere with any other party's use of the Platform.

3.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation;
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to payment fraud, bonus abuse, collusion, chip dumping, or any form of cheating;
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or any software designed to manipulate gameplay, odds, or outcomes;
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for personal gain or to the detriment of slitph or other Users;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable behavior toward slitph staff, representatives, or other Users;
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform, other Users' accounts, or slitph computer systems or networks;
• Transmitting viruses, malware, or any other malicious code that may damage or interfere with the Platform;
• Using the Platform to launder money or engage in any illegal financial transactions;
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions, bonuses, or other benefits offered by slitph;
• Using the Platform while located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited or restricted.

Violation of any provision in this section may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balances and winnings, and potential legal action.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

slitph supports various payment methods for Filipino players, including GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), direct bank transfers to major Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and others), and other payment options as may be made available from time to time. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) or other currencies as specified on the Platform. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are clearly displayed during the deposit process.

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your slitph account are derived from legitimate sources, are not proceeds of illegal activity, and that you have legal ownership and authority to use such funds for gaming purposes. slitph reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit at our sole discretion, particularly if we suspect fraudulent activity, violation of these Terms, or breach of applicable laws.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of your account balance (consisting of deposited funds and legitimate winnings) at any time, subject to identity verification, compliance with these Terms, and completion of any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonuses or promotions. Withdrawals are processed using the same method used for deposits where possible, or alternative methods as mutually agreed upon.

slitph processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes specified on the Platform, typically ranging from several hours to several business days depending on the payment method selected. slitph reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing to conduct additional verification, investigate suspected terms violations, or comply with legal and regulatory requirements. All withdrawal requests are subject to review and approval by slitph's financial and security departments.

4.3 Fees and Charges

slitph does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment processors, banks, or financial institutions may impose their own fees, which are beyond slitph's control and for which slitph bears no responsibility. Excessive or abnormal withdrawal activity may be subject to administrative fees at slitph's discretion to prevent abuse or money laundering.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

slitph may offer various bonuses, promotions, rewards programs, and special offers to Users from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limitations, and maximum bet restrictions, which are clearly disclosed at the time the bonus or promotion is offered.

Acceptance of any bonus or promotion constitutes your agreement to comply with all applicable terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements or violation of bonus terms may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived from such bonuses. slitph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. 6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

All games offered on the slitph Platform are powered by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or conducted by professional live dealers in real-time. Game outcomes are determined randomly and fairly in accordance with industry standards. slitph does not manipulate game outcomes, odds, or results in any manner.

Users are expected to familiarize themselves with the rules of each game before playing. Game rules, payout rates, and Return to Player (RTP) percentages are available within each game or upon request to customer support. In the event of a dispute regarding game outcome or malfunction, slitph's decision shall be final and binding. In cases of technical malfunction or error, affected game rounds may be voided, and wagers refunded at slitph's sole discretion.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The slitph name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of slitph or its affiliates or licensors. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in or to any Content or intellectual property, except for the limited license to use the Platform as expressly provided herein.

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE PLATFORM AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

slitph does not warrant that the Platform will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. slitph shall not be liable for any service interruptions, technical failures, network outages, or any other disruptions beyond our reasonable control.

IN NO EVENT SHALL slitph, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF slitph HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, slitph'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO slitph IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR ONE THOUSAND PHILIPPINE PESOS (PHP 1,000), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

slitph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason, including but not limited to: (a) violation of these Terms or any applicable law; (b) suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; (c) failure to provide requested verification documents; (d) extended periods of account inactivity; (e) at your request; or (f) for any other legitimate business reason at slitph's sole discretion.

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Platform will immediately cease. slitph will endeavor to return any remaining account balance (excluding forfeited funds or funds subject to dispute) to you via the payment method used for deposits or another mutually agreed method, subject to completion of all verification procedures and deduction of any amounts owed to slitph.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification obligations, and dispute resolution procedures.

12. General Provisions

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12.3 Entire Agreement
